Print on Demand: How We Ship Premium Tees With Zero Waste

Traditional apparel brands operate on a guess. They predict what will sell, print thousands of units, warehouse them, and hope for the best. When they guess wrong — and they often do — the surplus ends up in landfills or discount bins.

We do it differently.

How It Works

When you place an order on Art Outbreak, your shirt does not exist yet. The moment you click “buy,” our print partner pulls a Premium soft cotton blank in your size and color, prints your chosen design using DTG technology, quality-checks it, and ships it directly to your door. The whole process takes 3-5 business days.

Why This Is Better

Zero waste. Every shirt that gets printed has already been purchased. No overstock, no dead inventory, no environmental guilt.

Always in stock. Because we are not limited by what is sitting in a warehouse, every design is available in every size and color — all the time. No “sorry, sold out in your size” frustration.

Fresh prints. Your shirt is printed hours before it ships, not months ago. The ink is vivid, the blank is pristine, and you are the first person to wear it.

The Trade-Off

The one thing print on demand cannot do is next-day delivery. Since every shirt is made to order, you are looking at 3-5 business days for production plus shipping time. For most people, that is a worthwhile trade for a premium product with zero waste. And with free shipping on orders over $50, we try to make the wait as painless as possible.
