Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Every tee is printed on demand just for you. Production takes 2-5 business days, and shipping within the US takes an additional 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days after production.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
Products & Quality
What kind of shirts do you use?
All our tees are printed on premium cotton unisex jerseys. They are 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (heather colors are a cotton/poly blend), pre-shrunk, side-seamed, and incredibly soft. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
How are the designs printed?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which produces vibrant, detailed designs that are embedded into the fabric. They will not crack, peel, or fade like screen prints. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low for best results.
What are Art Outbreak Originals?
Art Outbreak Originals are exclusive, hand-designed graphics you will not find anywhere else. These are original artworks created by our team, not generic clip art or stock designs. They are the crown jewels of our collection.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Since every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong print, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We understand sizing can be tricky when ordering online. While we cannot accept size exchanges on print-on-demand items, check our Size Guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend going up one size.
